Every layer tells a story.
The Layers of Me is a three-part therapeutic baking curriculum that uses layer cakes to help students explore mindfulness, self-awareness, confidence, and personal growth. Over the course of three lessons, students discover that just like a layer cake, they are built one layer at a time.
As students bake, mix, and assemble their cakes, they'll also build meaningful conversations about the values that create a strong foundation, the people and experiences that fill their hearts, and the unique layers that make them who they are.
This curriculum was designed for counselors, educators, youth leaders, therapists, homeschool families, and after-school programs looking for engaging, hands-on ways to teach social-emotional learning.
